Dane Kidner Disclaimer & Agreement
Please Read Carefully:
1. My approach: I hold a neutral, reflective space with no pre-established agenda or specific intention; the focus of the session is up to you. I don’t know ahead of time how the session will unfold, or what your outcome will be, and can offer no promises, warranties, or assurances of success. All transformation you experience is a result of your personal response to the session.
2. Your responsibility: All information I share within a session or on my website is shared according to my personal knowledge, experience, and perspective. You take or leave this information at your own discretion. The work I do can facilitate a deeper process, bringing up patterns and identities you may wish to release. This process can be intense at times, and as I am not here to heal or resolve the issue, but simply to hold a space for it to resolve on its own through your observation, you may wish to seek additional professional support if required, particularly if you have suicidal or self-harming behaviours. If the work becomes too much, it is your responsibility to stop it, if needed. You agree to hold Dane Kidner free and harmless from any liability, demands, claims, suits for damages for any injury or complications whatever, that may result from the sessions, and from any adverse reaction you may have to the work, or to any recommendation. This includes but is not limited to any and all types of: upset, misunderstanding, conclusions reached, assumptions, projections, offence. This also includes, but is not limited to, any and all cases of inaccuracy, error, or omission occurring directly or indirectly in relation to your involvement with my work or website.
3. Your personal information: I keep your contact information and minimal notes, and if at any time you desire that information to be deleted, you can request it. The confidentiality of your personal and session information is respected at all times.
4. Our private exchange: All activities conducted with Dane Kidner occur within the private domain only. Your session participation and/or donation confirms your acceptance of this disclaimer and agreement. All who use the knowledge offered through my sessions and/or website do so as a man or woman only and do take full responsibility for said use.
5. Your donation: Any donation given by you is voluntary and final. There are no refunds.
6. Application of this agreement: I reserve the right to change this agreement from time to time as I see fit, and your continued participation with my work or website will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to this agreement.
